Professional Event Services Agreement
1. Professional Event Services Agreement’s Obligations. Events By
Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations LLC is hereby retained by Client
under the terms and conditions of this Agreement to perform the
services (the services) specifically described in the work order attached
as Attachment “ A” (“Work Order “) or any other Word Order
provided by Client to Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations
LLC from time to time and signed either by the Client or any
representative identified by Client as his or her authorized agent.
Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations LLC will perform all
services in compliance with any guidelines and specifications Client
may provide
( “Specifications “) so long as those Specifications are set forth in
the signed original or a signed subsequent Work Order. Any work order
or any Specifications, once agreed between the parties, may be
amended by Client or Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations
LLC ( i ) in a writing signed by both parties or ( ii ) by exchange of
emails between them from and to email addresses, known by both
parties to be the email of the other. The parties may agree orally to
change a Work Order or Specification but such change shall not be
binding on the parties unless reduced to a writing signed by both parties
or agreed by email as described above.
3. Action By Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations
LLC In performing the actions and satisfying the obligations and
duties of an Professional Event Services Agreement, Events By Bella
& Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations LLC shall adhere to the highest ethical
business standards and shall violate no federal, state or local law while
undertaking the business of Client.
Requirements of Both Parties to the Other. During the term of this
Agreement, Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella’s Kreations LLC
shall devote sufficient and appropriate professional time and
resources to the duties and responsibilities set forth herein so as
to present a high-quality event for Client. Client shall be
available as needed by Events By Bella & Co. DBA Bella
Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
